Short stays

Nightly rate · minimum 2 nights

For holidays and long weekends. Everything ready when you arrive: linens, towels, a stocked kitchenette, and someone always available in case you need anything.

The three week figure is a maximum, the rest are fixed. For stays of two to six months between April and November 2026 we have special rates that are better still, so write to us directly.

Practical details

How do I book?

Use our booking widget right here on the website to look for specific dates and availability, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your dates and the number of guests. We will confirm availability, send you a rate and hold the studio for you. A deposit secures the booking.

What is the minimum stay?

Two nights is our minimum. For stays of a month or more, ask us about the reduced rates.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking on site. That said, almost everything in Santa Teresa is within walking distance of the property, and we rent bikes here too.

Do you accept long-term guests with pets?

Sometimes, depending on the studio and the length of the stay. Ask us, we would rather talk it through than say no by default.

When is the best time to come?

December to April is our dry season. Summer all day, crystal clear water, and busy as well. May to November is greener, quieter, cheaper, and the surf is often better. It rains in the afternoon, not all day.

How do I get to Santa Teresa?

Fly into San José or Liberia, then take a shuttle, a domestic flight to Cóbano, or drive and cross on the Puntarenas ferry. We will talk you through the options.

What time is check-in and check-out?

The studio is ready from 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Because check-in is self service with a gate code, you can arrive later in the evening without anyone waiting up for you. If you need a different time, ask us and we will see what we can do.
